My journey into wellness began in 2001, when I became certified in Pilates. Over the past 24 years, this path has evolved into a lifelong passion, leading me to explore various disciplines, including yoga, barre, and Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT). Each of these modalities has played a crucial role in shaping not only my professional expertise but also my personal growth and holistic approach to health and well-being.

A Strong Foundation in Pilates

Pilates was my first step into the wellness world, and it remains at the core of my practice. The discipline’s focus on core strength, flexibility, and mind-body connection continues to inspire my work with clients. Over the years, I have witnessed firsthand how Pilates transforms not just bodies but also mindsets, helping people gain confidence, mobility, and a deeper understanding of their own strength.

Expanding into Yoga and Barre

As my practice grew, I embraced the flow and mindfulness of yoga, which deepened my appreciation for breathwork, balance, and inner stillness. Barre, on the other hand, introduced me to dynamic, ballet-inspired movements that complement the strength-building foundation of Pilates. These combined experiences allow me to create well-rounded, customized sessions that cater to individual needs.

Integrating RTT for Mind-Body Transformation

Incorporating Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) into my wellness journey has been a game-changer. RTT works at the subconscious level, helping individuals break through mental blocks and limiting beliefs that may hinder their physical and emotional well-being. This powerful tool aligns beautifully with my holistic approach, ensuring that my clients experience transformational healing from the inside out.

Finding Balance in Redondo Beach

Nestled in Redondo Beach, my practice is deeply influenced by the serene coastal environment. The calming ocean breeze, scenic views, and active lifestyle here provide the perfect backdrop for wellness and movement. Whether it’s a sunrise Pilates session by the shore or an invigorating yoga flow overlooking the waves, Redondo Beach embodies the essence of mindful living.
